Privacy very seriously
We take your privacy very seriously.
We do not use or disclose information (whether personal information or otherwise) about students that we collect through the educational products and services we provide on behalf of educational institutions for behavioral targeting of advertisements to students.
We conduct marketing to promote our products and services. This marketing is generally aimed at staff of our current and potential clients and partners. However, we do not restrict activities and events to those audiences when such activities and events benefit instructors and other end users of systems, such as webinars that explain how our products can be used effectively.
We may share personal information related to marketing within EZ Reward, including its employees and contractors to better support you. The information that is shared is kept within the EZ Reward database and all employees and contractors are under non-disclosure agreements not to share any personal information.
Our marketing emails will include a link so that you can change your preferences and opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us. You can do this by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link in the email footer.
We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 in the United States nor do we allow an account to be opened on the Student Portal or Apps without a parent’s explicit consent. We collect only as much information as is necessary to provide the service and you may access, delete or withdraw consent for continued processing of the child’s information at any time.
Please contact us at email@example.com if you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without proper consent. This will allow us to delete such information as soon as possible.
Protecting your Child’s Personal Information
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important to us. EZ Reward takes special care to ensure the privacy of users who are children under the age of 13. For that reason, we do not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information from persons under 13 years of age without the express authorization of a parent or guardian.
EZ Reward adheres to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). COPPA is a law in the United States that regulates the way in which online websites may collect and use information from children. We do not collect or use information in a manner that is inconsistent with the COPPA. In fact, as stated fully below, no personal information is required from you to visit our Site. For more information on the COPPA please visit Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule (“COPPA”) at https://www.ftc.gov/enforcement/rules/rulemaking-regulatory-reform-proceedings/childrens-online-privacy-protection-rule or consult this simple one-page informational guide from the kidSAFE Seal Program at https://www.kidsafeseal.com/knowaboutcoppa.html.
Parents are strongly encouraged to participate in their children’s online activities and monitor their children’s use of e-mails and engagement in other electronic communication. Please help us protect your child’s privacy by instructing them never to provide personal information on this site or any other without your permission.
We encourage parents to visit the GetNetWise.org site and look through the “Kids Safety” section together. Your efforts to instill responsible information practices will help steer your children to age-appropriate sites and will go a long way toward ensuring that your children have enriching experiences online.

Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize EZ Reward pages, or register with EZ Reward site or services, a cookie helps EZ Reward to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. When you return to the same EZ Reward website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the EZ Reward features that you customized.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the EZ Reward services or websites you visit.
