Setting up EZ Stickerbook

Setting up the EZ Stickerbook system is easy. Just follow these steps.

Profile

In your profile menu you can change your first and last name, update the school name and update your password. Additionally, if you buy sticker packs or choose to subscribe, you can change your subscription level and update payment information here.

Note that if you wish to change your email address, please contact EZ Stickerbook support.

Adding Classrooms

In the classrooms section, you can create classrooms and enable sticker packs To add a classroom: 

  1. Click the plus sign. 
  2. Assign a name to that classroom. 
  3. Hit submit to save this classroom. 
  4. Click the edit pencil to assign any sticker pack from our collection of thousands, organized by themes. You can show all sticker packs or select certain ones. Sort by categories to view sticker packs within categories. 
  5. A classroom can have multiple sticker packs, it’s up to you as an admin to assign those sticker packs to each classroom. 
  6. Add teachers by clicking on Teachers

Adding Teachers

Here you can enter teachers and assign them to classrooms. As an admin you are already listed in the system as a teacher, whether you teach a class or not. 

  1. Hit the plus sign to add a teacher other than yourself. 
  2. Enter the teacher’s email address 
  3. Select the class or classes they teach. 
  4. Hit Submit 
  5. Teachers will receive an email with login instructions and register themselves into the system. 

A few helpful hints:

  • If a teacher has not yet registered for EZ Stickerbook, their email will appear in grey font.
  • Delete a teacher using the trash icon.
  • Teachers will only see the green “Teacher” interface on the lower part of the navigation pane. 
  • You may give teachers the permission to invite students or you can do it for them here.
  • And of course, your teachers use EZ Stickerbook for free, just like students.

Adding Students

Use this interface to invite students to a classroom via email. 

  1. Enter the student’s first name and their parent’s email. 
  2. Add a student or students to multiple classes by selecting the appropriate class(es).

You can bulk import students by hitting the upload button in the Add Students interface. Here you can import a CSV that is formatted as follows: 

  • Student’s first name 
  • Parent Email 
  • Classroom name 

You can import 50 students at a time this way. 

A few more tips to get you on your way:

  • In order to be active in your EZ Stickerbook classroom, students must register first. If they have not, their name will appear in grey font.
  • If they’re already in the EZ Stickerbook database (enrolled in another class or at another school), their full name and information will appear here.
  • Only once they are enrolled, can they be messaged by a teacher via this system.
  • Multiple siblings may be added by associating them with the same parent’s email.
  • Each student will set a unique four digit PIN code to use when logging themselves into their stickerbook.
  • Delete students or edit their assigned classrooms using the pencil edit icon and trash can in the student section.
  • You cannot change a student’s personal information as it’s controlled by their parent or legal guardian at registration.
  • The student’s email is only visible to those with administrative privileges.
  • Once you are done adding students, go to the Teacher section of the knowledgebase to learn how to use EZ Stickerbook.
